Meet The Team

Our staff team bring a huge array of professional qualifications, skills, talents, knowledge and life experience and all share a genuine drive, commitment and respect for our clients.

Our staff approach our clients as unique individuals and understanding their needs, we find new and exciting ways to reactivate their engagement with self-help, independence skills. There is no "one-size-fits-all" solution and so we adopt a personalised approach for each individual to ensure continued progression, whilst feeling safe, happy, valued and stimulated.

By bringing passion, empathy and exceptional standards of care to their unique cases, we enable our clients to grow and reach their potential. "Aspiration not limitation" should develop our clients to a point where they can contribute and be a valued member of their community and wider society.

“The manager, Rachel, and staff at Same Difference are just so dedicated, caring and professional that we could not see our son going to any other provision – our son's seizures have reduced significantly and his sleeping patterns are much improved since he began at this day-care provision”

“I think Same Difference and its staff are amazing. They continue to help me become more independent and complete challenges I have previously been unable to do. I am treated like an individual and they see the ability I have, not my disability”
